QATM lab furniture delivers exceptional durability, stability, and a clean design. The powder-coated aluminum frame in white aluminum (RAL 9006) ensures a professional look, while removable skirting boards allow for easy relocation with a pallet truck. Cast metal handles match the frame perfectly.
HPL is used as a standard for work surfaces – a high-performance material that is highly impact- and wear-resistant, hygienically sealed, and easy to clean. The combination of white aluminum framework and black-edged HPL creates a modern and refined appearance. Front panels are in soft grey, side panels in pastel grey.
For the highest standards of chemical resistance, solid ceramic worktops with run-off channels are also available – ideal for demanding laboratory environments.

Framework
Our framework elements are manufactured from powder-coated Aluminium. The neutral white aluminium (RAL 9006) is ideally suited for a clean appearance. The removable skirting boards enable easy transport to other locations with a pallet truck.

Decor
Clean & elegant appears the combination of powder coated white aluminium framework and HPL with its characteristic black edges. Front doors and panels are made of soft grey HPLD1, side plates of pastel grey HPLD6.
High Pressure Laminate (HPL)
Duroplastic HPL is produced by combining several layers of paper and resins under high pressure. Paper as a renewable raw material makes up about 60% of HPL. The top coating is made of robust and heat-resistant melamine. In addition, it is especially shock- and wear-resistant. HPL has a higher durability than other conventional products. The surface is hygienically sealed and easy to clean.

The Lab Furniture System combines tried & tested QATM quality with a fully thought-out and flexible modular system. Starting with the basic module in Aluminium, each single cabinet element can be fitted out with drawers, doors, inserts and upper structures.
Special care in the construction can be seen in the detail: All furniture elements are screwed together and installed on site. The concept uses every centimeter to ensure optimum storage and use of working space. This furniture system can be either installed as free-standing or put to use in almost infinite combinations. The cabinet module can be moved with a pallet truck and then closed off by a skirting panel at the desired location.
