The operation of the metal detector is fully integrated into the user interface of the automatic control weigher. The operator can quickly and easily control the results of two devices on one, Blue HMI, user interface.
It is possible to upgrade the metal detection system to the existing Synus® checkweighing system.
Blue HMI: Improved user experience
- full HD 15” touchscreen display housed in a stainless steel casing, featuring a screen tilt option for easier handling
- connects via a web browser, allowing user control within the network, while data is securely stored locally on the control scale (Minebea Intec SPC@Enterprise, OPC UA, ProfiNET, and Ethernet/IP)
- improved user interface enables insight into configurations, weighing statistics, efficiency protocols (reports for audits), also safer and more efficient production
