They are compatible with practical transduction protocols and allow real-time cell counting and calculation of cell doubling times. Incucyte® Nuclight Orange Lentivirus provides homogeneous expression of TagRFP (orange fluorescent protein) in primary, immortalized, dividing or non-dividing cells of your choice without altering cell function and with minimal toxicity.
This reagent is ideal for generating stable cell populations or clones using puromycin selection. Incucyte® Nuclight Orange Lentivirus is validated for use with Incucyte® Live Cell Analysis Systems configured with an Orange/NIR or Green/Orange/NIR optical module.
